This hand woven rug was crafted by a skilled artisan from a special region of Turkey known for this flat woven technique and is 100% wool. It takes 2 weavers and 3 months to make. Due to the hand made nature of this rug, any flaws or imperfections are considered to be imperfections and only add to the charm of this rug. Subtle color and size variations are normal.
We recommend using a rug pad to reduce wrinkles and slippage.
Spot clean as needed and vacuum weekly. Avoid direct sunlight and harsh chemicals. When in doubt, we recommend a professional cleaner.
